About Me

Hello, I am Atish Jain, Co-founder of AH CAREER Private Limited.

Well, you can say I am a trainer by passion and an entrepreneur by profession.

I have an undying passion for IT training with a specialization in C, C++, Java (JSE & JEE), MS.NET, and Python. With an extensive background in the field of instruction, training, and curriculum development in various genres accompanied by relevant skill sets, I also manage project coursework, technology, software, and interpersonal training.

As a kid, I did not have the opportunity to study in high-profile schools and colleges.

I never knew these hardships were testing me to earn my goals in unexpected ways. But I am proud to tell you that my father played the role of a torchbearer in my life. Hadn’t it been his will to educate me, and prepare me for a bright world, I might have been an ordinary boy without any goals. He always said,

“The knowledge you possess is the only everlasting asset. The more you consume, the better your personality glows. The more you share, the better you become.”
These words stayed with me even after he left and here I am doing every possible bit to fulfill his wish.

With constant preparation and sheer dedication, at the age of 16, I got admitted to the Higher Diploma in Software Engineering (HDSE) course in Aptech. And believe me, I’ve never looked back since then.

After graduation, I started my career journey as a lab instructor at BITS Computer Education. My roles and responsibilities were limited to staying in the lab and helping students clarify their doubts as the in-charge tutor would teach them the knicks and knacks of coding.

But if you ask me today, this experience turned out to be the strongest foundation for me because unconsciously I was the one solving students’ doubts and answering them logically. So many of them made mistakes and all this helped me learn a lot because I was constantly looking for solutions daily.

Within no time, I became the senior faculty and taught students for almost 2 years. Simultaneously, I acquired adequate knowledge about every detail of coding. It was then I realized that I enjoy coding and application programming more than anything else and better yet, I felt content when I was able to share my learning with others. So, I embarked on the journey to guide and mentor students to excel in their coding careers via logical thinking and practical applications.

My Golden Formula to excel in any field of subject matter is
Learn – Implement – Teach.

This was just the beginning of a wonderful story that I will cherish for life.

Later, I joined hands with a friend and we registered as a franchisee of DATAPRO Computers, made a team of 20 efficient members, and started giving software training services to students. Rather than enjoying a cup of coffee in my cabin, I chose to work as an employee in my own company. I took 7-8 programming classes every day to get hands-on with more students from diverse educational backgrounds and the teaching profession. This hustle kept on for 7 long years and allowed me to earn my name. Despite where I have reached today, DATAPRO Computers continues to be an integral part of my life.

And if you are wondering as to why am I still teaching?

Well, to be honest, I was offered an influential position in a renowned MNC, and I was delighted to join but my experiences with the poor education system all my life were a great setback to me and I could not bear to see anyone else go through the same pain.

I believe, if anything can change the world in a positive sense, it is quality education.

So, to fulfill the purpose of my life and unwavering love for education, I followed my passion and continued my journey as a mentor in the teaching industry.

In 2013, my friend and I established our 1st company, AH CAREER Private Limited, a software training institution that is solely oriented to providing education services across the globe.

All the while when we were handling DATAPRO Computers, we felt like subordinates to the franchise owner.

Despite managing things well, the decision-making power was with someone else.

It was then we decided to give birth to our brainchild, AH CAREER Pvt. Ltd., and nurture it with our time and efforts.

After coaching hundreds of engineering students along my journey till here, I closely observed that most of the students lack the basic principles of coding, their foundation of the subject is not clear and this is the biggest problem in today’s graduating youth.

Students wish to grab certifications in various programming languages, but they lack core competencies in the real world.

My Vision is to build a globally competent workforce by redefining the art of teaching and learning with the help of practical knowledge, real-time application, and innovative programming methodologies.

My Mission is to navigate students’ career objectives and help them become different Person. Meanwhile, changing their perspective towards the concepts of programming language by teaching subject matter from basics and guiding them to use their imagination, thoughts, problem statements, and solutions to design programs.

A word to the wise before I conclude,

I am blessed that my love for coding and passion to help students in their career goals are what I do for a living. Actually, in any way that one looks at it, that should be the primary agenda of every business and professional. To push people to reach a place where the magic happens in their performance, where exhilaration meets exceeded expectations, is a job I am happy to deliver.
